🔒 Deletion of Personal Data
Users of the Kaïs w Laïla application have the right to request the deletion of all or part of their personal data collected through the app.
Two methods are available to them:
1. By email
They can send a request to the following address:

(Please specify the email address used in the application and the nature of the request.)
2. By online form
A secure link is also available to submit a direct request for data deletion:

(This link should be finalized by the technical team according to the user journey.)
All requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data and the European GDPR.

How to proceed?
- From the app:
You can delete your account directly from the app’s settings. Your personal data will be automatically erased within a reasonable period. - By manual request:
Send an email to:
contact@kaiswlaila.com
with the subject “Request to delete my personal data”, including:
• Your first name
• The email address used to create the account
• Any helpful information to identify your profile
